What we love to do is often what we need to do to get back on our feet. Taking walks, being in the moment while taking in the beauty of a sunset, a beach stroll, or playing with our pet, re-engaging in past hobbies, interests and joys can bring us back to life in a positive and loving way. In some cases, past interests are too painful with remembrances. The opportunity to try new life affirming activities is always there.
